The programme is run across a website called Teachable (where all your lessons & practices are published), Zoom (our weekly group calls), & Facebook (where our community “playground” is).
If you’re not on Facebook, I recommend creating a profile for the duration of the course. You won’t want to miss engaging in our playground.
During our Zoom calls, you will be asked to arrive with your video on to contribute to the safety & power of our community container. After which you can turn video off/on as you desire.

Classes are held weekly* on Saturdays from 9 am - 11 am in New Zealand time. Our first class is on the 23rd of September. Our final class is on 9th December.
*We have no class on the 14th of October & 11th November which are integration weeks (aka. breaks to digest the work). -
I don’t recommend enrolling in Unravel Me unless you can attend at least 50% of the classes live.
Every class is recorded & made available for replay within 12 hours so missing a few classes isn’t a big deal.
However, you will not get the fullness of the Unravel Me experience if you cannot make any classes live.

I totally understand (on such a personal level). I get that what you are invited to explore in this course is personal & often tender. We are taught to keep ‘personal matters’ behind closed doors.
I am really passionate about facilitating safe group spaces because I know that healing happens in relationships. I have seen over & over again how immensely healing it is to do this work in a circle of women & non-binary.

Life happens. Show up as much as you can; know that you’ll have access to all of the content for years; & trust that you will get everything that you need from this magical experience. It’s totally fine to miss some weeks & catch up when you can! Don’t put your sexual liberation on hold until you have the “perfect circumstances”.

If you don’t have one already, you’ll need a glass dildo! The ones I recommend are priced between NZD$30-$50.
You’ll also want some body-safe oil for our practices. I recommend coconut or jojoba, which you can pick up from the supermarket.

I am not a trauma specialist.
If you have never had professional trauma support I recommend that you work with a specialist first.
After this, I would be honoured to work with you in Unravel Me.
My work is safe if you have had some professional trauma support before. -
Resistance is inherent to any process of growth. You will absolutely feel it during Unravel Me. I am here to support you to understand & move through it in the right way & timing for you.
I will teach you how to map & relate to your resistance early in the journey.
I also encourage all my clients to come towards me & ask for support in moments they’re in freeze, flight, or even fight.
