A few random fun facts about myself

• I am queer, kinky & “monogomish”.

• I’m half Samoan, half Swiss. Born, raised & living in Aotearoa. I have 2 brothers & a beloved late sister, plus a total of 21 Aunties/Uncles & a lot of cousins.

• I ran away with the circus when I was 23! Which is where I met my partner Chris in New York.

• I’ve been writing about sex & relationships on the internet since 2017. It all began with my first blog, “Billie Bomb - your sex-positive showgirl”. I dream of writing novels.

• As sexually liberated as you may see me now - I used to fake orgasms, disssociate during sex, feel pain in my vagina, be incredibly passive, never reveal my truths/wants/needs, & had absolutely no idea who I was.

I developed chronic fatigue syndrome, after working & training through 2 bouts of glandular fever, 2 degrees, familial disruptions, & a lot of people-pleasing. It took me 5 years to rebuild my immune system, using somatic healing & embodied pleasure as integral tools.

• I won the Aotearoa’s most prestigious pole dance competition 2 years in a row. The following year, my community honoured me as the industry person of the year. This still makes me tear up upon reflection.

• I have a one-eyed cat daughter called Nyx who inspired me to show up for my pleasure every day.

• My self-soothing TV shows that I rewatch again & again are Gilmore Girls, Community, & Sex + the City.
